  I am a 53 year old post menopausal women who has struggled to lose the last 15lbs of baby weight for years!!. I have always been fairly active, running and recently adding yoga. I read a lot about diet and nutrition and try lots of different things, always with similar results...I loose a few pounds then I stop loosing and I get disheartened .I tried exercising more, exercising less, changing my exercises completely, with little success.
  When I met Liat, the first thing I asked her was " I am 53 years old and I don't know what to eat!!"
  Liat is very knowledgeable and very calm and methodical. After our first meeting I walked out of her office with my diet written on one piece of paper, two simple supplements and a food diary.
  I followed the diet, with some cheats and I added HIT training at the gym.
  In 11 weeks I have lost 10lbs, gained 2lbs in muscle, lost 2% body fat and increased my metabolism. I have also lost 10 years!...my metabolic age when I started was 53, now its 43.In addition I have lots of energy, no more afternoon slumps, I have the energy to go all day.
  This is not a fad diet, this is real food, a probiotic and lots of water...all natural foods, no processed or fast food.
  I am thrilled with the results and I will continue to eat this way, after 11 weeks this is a lifestyle change for the better.
