  The only reason I went to this office is I loved Dr. Bailey, he is gone and so now am I . This is the WORST run practice I have EVER dealt with! The staff are MORONS, yes I said MORONS! There has GOT to be another reason they keep this staff because it is definitely NOT because of their work! EVERY single time you need to call and ask for something they LIE and tell you they will do it and never do! Even my pharmacist says they are one of the WORST offices to deal with! They send a fax for your prescriptions and they say they never received it, then you call back and they say they already sent it and don't know why the pharmacy hasn't received it. Same thing when I needed records sent to my new doctor. Oh sure we will take care of it! Weeks later I see new doc and NOT to my surprise they never received the records, however according to LAZY staff they sent them! UGH Then when I am at new docs yesterday they called (at lunch from 12- 1:30) and after that no answer when they called, went to voicemail! They faxed TWO times stating "PATIENT IN OFFICE NOW" but of course NO response from this office! So I called today and got the same old run-around that records were sent and they don't know anything about the faxes from yesterday! Of course the girl that I spoke with was unavailable and of course the office manager was not in today (a Wednesday), also typical when asking to speak with her. I wonder how long it is going to take to get my records? It took over TWO weeks for them to call the pharmacy to refill a prescription I have been on for many years! I am guessing this practice of doctors does not care about their patients because if they did they would get rid of this staff! I'm wondering why these girls are here, family members? Who knows but it is definately NOT because of their skills! WORST OFFICE EMPLOYEES EVER!
