  New customers van loan, savings and checking and want to transfer money and nothing but problems. Dustin you were a jerk and I think your attitude just convinced us to stay with chase. I think you need to learn how to treat customers.

  Ugh. I hate going into this branch. It seems like most of the people who work here think they have the right to judge everyone who walks through their doors. I had an account Mgr actually yell at me for "doing it wrong" because I didn't have alerts set up in their stupid app. Well guess what? I set up the damn alerts only to have them all blow up my phone at 5pm! Yup. I got SIX overdraft alerts that were racking up all day long and I had no idea until 5pm... When it's too late to do anything about it. They always say that everything is done in real time, which is why they don't put credits through before debits.... But if that's true, why the heck can't their stupid app work in real time. Ugh. I think I'll drive to a different branch to see if they'll treat me like a human being.
