  Horrible experience. Though I ordered the floors to be stained, the supervisor came out and said they didn't have time to stain but would mix the stain with the polyurethane and it would be "just as good". I should have canceled the job right then. Every small scratch is showing the light wood underneath the darker stain and the floors look terrible. To make things worse, the workers were very sloppy, getting the stain/poly mix on basebords, walls and even doors requiring me to repaint. It was the worst 5k I spent.
