  Since my elderly mother cannot leave a review, I will leave one warning consumers to stay away from this business. Charged my mother $159 to NOT fix either problem that she called to repair. Plumber proceeded to babble about how he needed to get home to his wife. Took out an entire sink to fix a leak beneath it. Had to call his supervisor for help because he didn't know what he was doing. Complained that the fixture he was fixing was "cheap", (the "cheap" fixture had lasted 11 years, not bad for allegedly "cheap"), and made excuses instead of fixing the issue. Every plumber worth their salt knows fixtures, especially older ones can be difficult to remove. He couldn't even fix the simple toilet leak he attempted to repair. Isn't replacing a flush kit plumbing 101?! Good grief!
  If you don't know what you are doing, don't charge a professional's fee! Alleged supervisor stood up for the dolt he sent to not do the job correctly when my mother called to report that neither job was fixed. Sink still leaks and toilet still runs. If you're looking to have your plumbing problem solved, look elsewhere. They don't guarantee a repair because they can't do more than show up and complain about having to be there. Sad that a business that has been in Dunedin my entire life has resorted to excuses and fleecing the elderly to stay afloat.
